1. Membership cards identifying each member of the family household will be furnished. Cards are NON-transferrable and are to be use only by the person named on the card
2. When entering the pool area, each member must present their card to the Staff at the front desk. Their card will be taken and stored for the duration of stay. The staff reserve the right to deny enter to anyone not presenting their card.
3. Upon leaving the pool each member is responsible for obtaining their card for future use.
4. Any member who permits a non-member to use his/her identification card will be subject to suspension of swimming priviledges for a period of one week and/or disciplinary action as determined by the General Manager
5. Replacement cards are available at the front desk for $2.00. They will ONLY be furnished at the request an adult family member.
Definition:
Anyone being entertained at or visiting the home of a member for the day.
1. All guest are required to register at the front desk and pay a $3.00 entry fee.
2. Extended stay guests (vacation) may purchase a special family guest pass for $20.00 regardlees of family size.
3. Member are permitted ten guest priviledges during the season. The Manager has the authority to deny entry to any guest.
4. NON-Swimming guests will be allowed to enter in street clothes at the discretion of pool Management.
5. All guests are required to follow all rules and polices of Oak Creek Swim Club. The conduct of ALL guests is the responsibility of the sponsoring menber.
1. The Board recognizes the fact many parents work during the day and leave their children in the care of providers. Oak Creek does offer a special "Babysitter's" pass to those families. The cost of the pass is $25.00. The member will recieve an identification card allowing the sitter the same pool priviledges as the member. The card is only good while the 'Sitter" is responsible for care. The card must remain with the sponsor.
2. Members who are caring for other non-member's children will be responsible for paying the $3.00 guest fee.
