ALL MEMBERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO LOGIN TO OUR NEW WEBSITE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
- We will no longer use membership cards, you will tell the front desk person your name which will be entered in an Ipad and you pic will display.
- You will be required to upload a face picture of all family members on your account. The picture will display on iPads at the front desk when entering the pool.
- Follow the steps below, you must do them in the order listed. You will NOT be able to access the payment options until you complete the account setup.
- Your user name is the address you listed on your original membership form & the address to which we send emails.
- Those having difficulty creating an account, we will have help sessions at the pool on April 11 from 2-4pm, and April 19 from 2-4pm.
AFTER YOUR ACCOUNT IS SUCCESSFULLY SETUP, you will have two payment options
- ACH payment from your bank account with .5% fee
- Credit card with 2.9% + $0.30 fees paid by you and added at checkout.
First Time Logging In
Go to oakcreekswimclub.org
Click the “Log In” button in the top right corner
Username = Primary email address

Profile Setup Steps
For all steps, you will edit information by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner of each information box.
Step 1) Edit Profile information in the Account Summary box of your dashboard. This will confirm the name and street address for the primary member. Three dots -> Edit Account Details
Step 2) Update your password in the Account Summary box of your dashboard. Three dots -> Change password
Step 3) Add Emergency Contact Information in the bottom left corner of your dashboard. Make sure to enter the phone number with area code and hyphens (e.g. 123-456-7890)
Step 4) Add Profile Photos for each family member. You will need to upload a headshot for each family member in .jpeg format. Three dots -> Add Photo -> Pencil Icon -> Upload arrow icon -> Zoom, Center, Rotate Photo as needed -> Submit
Step 5) Primary account holder must complete the WAIVER by clicking the BLUE document icon next to their name in the Members box.
Step 6) Pay dues using the “Pay now” link or through the Payments tab. Scroll down for payment steps instructions.
