Active Membership
Active Membership – currently available only to previous Trial Members
Annual dues for 2026 will be $553.62 ($515+tax), and must be received no later than May 1. Dues paid after May 1 is $563.38.
Active members have paid or entered into a payment plan to pay the Oak Creek initiation fee of $430 ($400+tax). This is a one-time fee and is non-refundable. To continue active member status, annual dues are paid each season by May 1.
The Board of Directors establishes the amount of our annual membership dues for each season at its January meeting, members are notified of the amount in the February newsletter.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP DEFINED – Definition follows IRS guidelines – No more than two parent(s) or guardian(s) and legally dependent children (under age 24) who are living on a permanent basis at the same address.
- Exception to children age restriction is handicapped adult children residing in home shall be permitted under family membership. Info added to database.
- Grandparent(s) residing in member’s home may be included in family membership. Not added to database & must be requested every 2 years prior to new cards being printed. (Even # years)
- Adult children over age of 24 who are full-time students residing in member’s home may be included in family membership. Info NOT added to database, renewal must be requested.
- Exception requests not listed above shall be reviewed by the Board. Approval may require additional fee.
- A second family residing in the member’s home requires the purchase a separate membership.
The Board reserves the right to request proof of residence.
